Registration Procedures and Methods
You may register on-line, no later than Sept. 30, 2011, or register on-site. Registration by E-mail or by FAX will NOT be accepted any time. All payments must be made in New Taiwan Dollars (NT$). Registration fees can be remitted by credit card. Cash payment will be available on site. Other methods of payment will NOT be accepted. You will also receive the official confirmation of credit card payment via E-mail from the O-COCOSDA2011 Secretariat for confirming your payment.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing. This written letter should be sent either by fax (+886-3-5745015) or by E-mail (oriental.cocosda.2011@gmail.com). The amount of refund depends on the cancellation date, as follows:

 100% refund with a deduction of NT$1,000 admin. fee No refund


A refund of all prepaid fees, excluding an administration charge of NT$1,000 and the Entry Permit Application fee of NT$2,100 for Mainland China participants, will be made if there is a written notification of cancellation submitted before October 7, 2011. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after October 7, 2011. Please note that a refund request is NOT allowed to authors.
